Suffering from a midlife crisis and writer's block, a once-famed graphic novelist needs an emotional connection beyond his marriage to spark his creative fire -- and finds what he's looking for in an unlikely friendship with a gay neighbor.

We were blessed to have an extraordinarily large number of talented and creative women working in many different capacities on Finding Neighbors. We weren’t able to include all of their voices but many are here. This video is a salute to them all!

Lisa is actually the star of many cooking shows. Here she creates a very playful video just for us--to be played back on Sam’s television in Finding Neighbors. It gives him the inspiration to cook this very same dish for his wife Mary.

We were excited to create this video as one of the early ones in our Kickstarter campaign. For the first time, viewers got to see an actual scene from the movie. Ron had said, “Sam is a lot like me.” Here you can see how that is true, and how this scene comes from some of Ron’s real-life events.

This is a fun video that we put together late in our Kickstarter campaign. We made a really big push in the final two days of the campaign to get to a total of 300 backers. We wanted as many people as was possible to hear about Finding Neighbors. At the end we had 313 backers!
